Leigh Ann Ware became CEO of Robertson Management; her spouse,
Derwin Ware was Chief Financial Officer; and her brother, James Bret Robertson,
was Secretary-Treasurer. Robertson Management’s only client was Gary Wayne
Thompson, an incapacitated adult. The only goals of Robertson Management were to
steal from Gary Wayne Thompson and be an active participant in the RICO
Enterprise.
7.2.4
Leigh Ann Ware further benefited from the thefts from Gary Wayne
Thompson by stealing services such as a cell phone and pager for her personal use.
7.3
James Bret Robertson is the brother of Leigh Ann Ware and Jamie
Robertson.
7.3.1.
James Bret Robertson, along with other members the RICO Enterprise,
benefited from stealing from Gary Wayne Thompson. Some of these acts of theft
involved frequently obtaining gasoline for motor vehicles not used for Gary Wayne
Thompson’s benefit.
7.3.2
James Bret Robertson assisted the RICO Enterprise by serving as a principal
in Robertson Management, which was established solely for the benefit of the RICO
Enterprise.
7.3.3
James Bret Robertson further benefited from thefts from assets of Gary
Wayne Thompson by obtaining both a cell phone and pager for his personal use that
were paid for with the funds of Gary Wayne Thompson.
