Circuit and Special Assistant U.S. Attorney, Middle District of Georgia.

success is the quality relationships that he maintains with his clients, and that those
clients “are treated with integrity and respect for their needs, goals, and objectives.”

Mark Andrew Gomez was the “brain”, instigator and kingpin of the RICO
Enterprise and the primary beneficiary of the misappropriations of the assets of Gary
Wayne Thompson.

Leigh Ann Ware (formerly Leigh Ann Robertson) is a convicted felon and
was a principal in Robertson Management.
7.2.1.
Leigh Ann Ware is not a first-time criminal. She previously stole money
from her former employers, who were both physicians. This is at least the second
venture of Leigh Ann Ware into criminal conduct involving stealing as a way of
enriching herself.

Leigh Ann Ware was recruited by Mark Andrew Gomez, who saw an
opportunity to use her willingness to steal and past record as an embezzling type of
thief to benefit the RICO enterprise.
