The Racketeering Lawyer/former Guardian and the Other Racketeering
Defendants were so heavily engaged in stealing from Gary Wayne Thompson and
the functions of the RICO Enterprise that they failed to properly provide for care
of Gary Wayne Thompson. On numerous occasions, Gary Wayne Thompson was
not provided timely medical attention because Mark Andrew Gomez neglected
Gary Wayne Thompson.

The Racketeering Lawyer/former Guardian was so heavily engaged in
stealing from Gary Wayne Thompson and the functions of the RICO Enterprise
that he spent large sums of money belonging to Gary Wayne Thompson to obtain
an illegal wiretap on the telephone of Gary Wayne Thompson.
3.5.8
The Racketeering Lawyer/former Guardian, in furtherance of the goals of
the RICO Enterprise, made both unwarranted and inappropriate applications for
fees that diminished the assets of Gary Wayne Thompson.
3.5.9
The Racketeering Lawyer/former Guardian and the Other Racketeering
Defendants engaged in numerous other RICO Enterprise activities designed to
convert funds belonging to Gary Wayne Thompson for their benefit.
3.6
The scheme of the Racketeering Lawyer/former Guardian and the Other
Racketeering Defendants is a classic chain conspiracy, which involves several parties as
links in one long chain of transactions. As a reminder, in chain conspiracies, the
participants are legally responsible for the actions of all participants in the chain, even if
they never met some of the other participants in the chain.
