parcel of the RICO Enterprise activities and are therefore recoverable as a part of
this action.
3.5.2
The Racketeering Lawyer/former Guardian and the Other Racketeering
Defendants would purchase items with the funds of Gary Wayne Thompson that
were used for the benefit of the Racketeering Lawyer/former Guardian and the
Other Racketeering Defendants, and not the benefit of Gary Wayne Thompson.
3.5.3
The Racketeering Lawyer/former Guardian and the Other Racketeering
Defendants would purchase items with the funds of Gary Wayne Thompson from
themselves and their friends at inflated prices as another means of funneling
money to themselves from the funds of Gary Wayne Thompson.
3.5.4
The Racketeering Lawyer/former Guardian and the Other Racketeering
Defendants were so heavily engaged in stealing from Gary Wayne Thompson and
the functions of the RICO Enterprise that they frequently violated the law and
terms contained in contractual obligations of Gary Wayne Thompson. These
violations resulted in large payments from the funds of Gary Wayne Thompson
for interest payments, penalties and fines.
3.5.5
The Racketeering Lawyer/former Guardian and the Other Racketeering
Defendants were so heavily engaged in stealing from Gary Wayne Thompson and
the functions of the RICO Enterprise that they failed to file for payments from the
insurance coverage that was provided for Gary Wayne Thompson, and instead
paid expensive medical bills from the assets of Gary Wayne Thompson.
