Jamie Robertson is the significant other of Mark Andrew Gomez.
7.4.1.
Jamie Robertson, along with other members of the RICO enterprise,
benefited from thefts from Gary Wayne Thompson. Among her more habitual acts,
she regularly obtained gasoline for motor vehicles not used for Gary Wayne
Thompson’s benefit, but purchased with his funds.
7.4.2.
Jamie Robertson is another of the Other Racketeering Defendants who
benefited from the thefts from Gary Wayne Thompson by obtaining a cell phone and
pager for her personal use.
7.5
Derwin Ware is the spouse of Leigh Ann Ware, and the cousin of Nathaniel
Russell.
7.5.1.
Derwin Ware owns Ware Automotive. He, along with other members of the
RICO enterprise, benefited from the thefts from Gary Wayne Thompson and the
operation of the RICO Enterprise. An example of his thefts was that he obtained
gasoline for his automotive inventory at Pat’s One Stop in Newnan, and the gasoline
was paid for with the funds of Gary Wayne Thompson.
7.5.2.
Derwin Ware further benefited from the thefts from Gary Wayne Thompson
in that a cell phone and pager for the personal use of Derwin Ware were paid for by
Gary Wayne Thompson.
7.5.3
Derwin Ware was the Chief Financial Officer of Robertson Management,
which was established for the benefit of the RICO Enterprise. The only client, or,
better said, the only known victim, of Robertson Management was Gary Wayne
Thompson.
