The Racketeering Lawyer/former Guardian used the assets of Gary Wayne
Thompson in various fraudulent business schemes to become, in his view of himself, a
big time entrepreneur and Sugar Daddy; in the eyes of the law, Mark Andrew Gomez is a
criminal who was the operator and kingpin of a RICO Enterprise.

The Racketeering Lawyer/former guardian and Other Racketeering Defendants
formed a RICO Enterprise that was designed exclusively to illegally use the guardianship
of Gary Wayne Thompson to steal his money.
1.43
There is an immediate need to freeze the assets of the Racketeering
Lawyer/former guardian and Other Racketeering Defendants.
1.44
Presently, the Racketeering Lawyer/former guardian and Other Racketeering
Defendants each have a portion of the fruits of this RICO Enterprise. This Court, under
the provisions of O.C.G.A. §16-14-6, using its injunctive powers, should promptly
freeze the assets of each of the defendants, which are the fruits of this RICO
Enterprise. The Court should take this prompt action to prevent the fruits of the RICO
Enterprise from being further diminished by the Racketeering Lawyer/former Guardian
and the Other Racketeering Defendants. This Complaint, in addition to seeking
conventional relief, is to facilitate a prompt hearing on a request for injunctive relief that
would freeze the assets of all defendants.
