Mark Andrew Gomez paid penalties totaling $3,103.58 from the assets of
Gary Wayne Thompson for late payroll taxes to the Internal Revenue Service; the
Revenue Department of the State of Georgia; and the Georgia Department of Labor.

Mark Andrew Gomez paid late charges totaling $735.18 on telephone,
utility, and other payments.

On April 11, 1996, Mark Andrew Gomez paid annual dues of $710.00 to
the Newnan Racquetball Club, which is an excessive amount for a single
membership. At times, Brenda Hamby, the caretaker of Gary Wayne Thompson, used
the Newnan Racquetball Club facility when attending to Gary Wayne Thompson;
however, she continued to use the facility after her care of Gary Wayne Thompson
was terminated. Mark Andrew Gomez, during the same year, made payments totaling
$150.00 to the racquetball club, despite the fact that the annual dues of $710.00 were
paid in both April of 1996 and April of 1997.

Period Two Summary  At the end of Period Two, the Assets of Gary Wayne
Thompson should have had total assets of $250,068.58, but had only $163,487.57, a
difference of $86,581.01. The ending restated assets of $250,068.58 consisted of the
Edward D. Jones brokerage account, $70,324.17; checking accounts, $99,744.41; and the
House on Laurel Drive, $80,000.00.
