The answer is Tina Barron, the legal secretary of Mark Andrew Gomez and one of the
Other Racketeering Defendants in this Complaint.

For sure, the survey was a sham and not conducted in accordance with
acceptable surveying practices.
8.3.5.6
This small event involving the theft of only $35 of Gary Wayne
Thompson money typifies the conduct of the RICO Enterprise.
8.3.6
The obsession of Mark Andrew Gomez and the Other Racketeering Defendants
with the operation of their RICO Enterprise prevented Gary Wayne Thompson from
receiving the services that Mark Andrew Gomez and the Other Racketeering Defendants
were contractually and legally obligated to perform for Gary Wayne Thompson. This
division of allegiance by Mark Andrew Gomez and the Other Racketeering Defendants
enhanced the damages to Gary Wayne Thompson.
