a guardian ad litem for Gary Wayne Thompson, who ineffectively presented the
legal issue to the Court that a private person in Georgia cannot, under any
condition, obtain the right to engage in wiretapping. The conduct of illegally
wiretapping the phone of Gary Wayne Thompson was the conduct of a
Confederacy of Legal Dunces, but was thought to be a necessary act by the
Racketeering Lawyer/former Guardian in furtherance of the RICO Enterprise.
This illegal wiretap of Gary Wayne Thompson could not have been obtained if
the Racketeering Lawyer/former Guardian and/or the guardian ad litem had
informed the Judge correctly about the law, i.e., an order to wiretap cannot, under
any condition, be allowed by a private person.
8.5.5.2 
Mark Andrew Gomez purchased a tape recorder for $67.37 that was
used to illegally tape Gary Wayne Thompson’s telephone conversations.
8.5.5.3 
Mark Andrew Gomez paid $13,125.32 to Nathaniel Russell “for
landscaping” Gary Wayne Thompson’s yard. The RICO Enterprise used a
substantial amount of this money and little or no benefit to Gary Wayne
Thompson was derived from this payment.
8.5.5.4 
Mark Andrew Gomez paid $1,475.00 to McIntosh Management seven
months after the contract with McIntosh ended. McIntosh Management records
reveal that this payment was used for late payroll taxes. Absent the operation of a
RICO Enterprise, the taxes should have been withheld from the caretakers’ pay
and remitted on a monthly basis. Gary Wayne Thompson should not have to bear
