McClendon with Mark Andrew Gomez, Jamie Robertson, Bret Robertson, Leigh Ann
Ware, Derwin Ware, and Hartford Fire Insurance Company is hereby approved. To
perfect this result this Court orders as follows.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Mark Andrew
Gomez
shall pay to Hartford Fire Insurance Company the sum of $15,000.00, on or
before July 1, 2001 as ordered as a condition of probation by this Court.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Mark Andrew
Gomez
shall pay to the Estate of Gary Wayne Thompson the total sum of $20,000.00
payable in the following installments:
(1)
$5,000.00 payable on or before December 15, 2001;
(2)
$5,000.00 payable on or before June 15, 2002;
(3)
$5,000.00 payable on or before December 15, 2002; and
(4)
$5,000.00 payable on or before December 15, 2003.
A default in the timely payment of any one or more of these installments shall
cause the full amount to become due and payable immediately with interest from the
due date of the payment on the remaining balance due equal to
the legal amount
allowed upon judgments. The nature of the indebtedness created and imposed upon
Mark Andrew Gomez by this Order is of the character and nature that the indebtedness
cannot be discharged in bankruptcy proceedings.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Hartford Fire
Insurance Company shall pay to the Estate of Gary Wayne Thompson on or before June
