The Estate of Gary Wayne Thompson stipulates that claims in the Civil Action
Complaint against the various “Doe” defendants, none of
which have been served, and
the claims in the
Civil Action Complaint against Tina Barron and Nathaniel Russell are
hereby dismissed without prejudice. These claims of the Estate of Gary Wayne
Thompson and those detailed are assigned to Hartford.
The Estate of Gary Wayne Thompson stipulates that the claims in the Civil
Action Complaint against James Bret Robertson, Jamie Robertson, Leigh Ann Ware and
Derwin Ware are hereby dismissed with prejudice.
Mark Andrew Gomez, Jamie Robertson, Leigh Ann Ware and Derwin Ware
stipulate that all claims, counterclaims, third party claims, including actions for abusive
litigation and other issues or causes of action they filed or could have filed against any
and all parties in the Civil Action, Scott Thompson, Donna Thompson, William J.
Stemberger,
Rhonda McClendon, individually, Murphy & McClendon, P.C. and any
and all of the parties’ attorneys, employees, agents and investigators in the Civil Action
are hereby released, discharged and dismissed with prejudice and are resolved by
virtue of the consent order set forth below. No relief
is provided or permitted to the
parties to this consent judgment from the other parties to this consent judgment
except
as provided in the consent order.
All the parties stipulate that all of the pending proceedings relating to the Estate
of Gary Wayne Thompson can be consolidated into one proceeding for purposes of a
