IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the
Estate of Gary Wayne Thompson is authorized to pay the attorneys fees and expenses
of investigation and litigation. This Court, upon information presented by the guardian
of the property of Gary Wayne Thompson, will issue a separate Order approving the
expenses of investigation and litigation, including but not limited to the comprehensive
forensic accounting expenses, attorneys fees. This Court will, in that later Order, finalize
all other issues dealing with the guardianship of the property of Gary Wayne
Thompson, in order that matters relating to the Estate will return to the Probate Court
of Coweta with a clean slate and new beginning.
Special Finding of this Court
Aside from the consent findings of fact, conclusions of law and judgments, this
Court has made inquiries about matters covered by this judgment at numerous
conferences and at a criminal proceeding. This Court does hereby find that this consent
judgment is in the best interest of Gary Wayne Thompson and authorizes and approves
the consent of Rhonda McClendon, the guardian of Gary Wayne Thompson, given to
this agreement.
