the burden of misconduct on the part of the management companies, which
were nothing but façades for the RICO Enterprise.
8.5.5.5
Mark Andrew Gomez paid $6,000.00 to himself (check #3671 dated
11/30/98) for the benefit of Robertson Management. Excepting in furtherance of
the goals of the RICO Enterprise, there is no plausible reason for the Racketeering
Lawyer/former Guardian to serve as a conduit for funds between the entities.
8.5.5.6
Based upon comparable services in this geographical area, during this
time period, the cost of in-home caretakers averaged $3,000.00 a month.² Any
amounts over $36,000.00 per year are excessive and a part of the RICO Enterprise
activity. Evidence of excessive fees is found in the books and records of
Robertson Management Company. Examples include the cost of a contract
(greater than $500.00) with Nextel for seven mobile phones, as well as the cost of
gasoline purchased at local service stations.
8.5.5.7
Mark Andrew Gomez paid caretaker reimbursements totaling
$4,780.97, during the time that a contract with Robertson Management Company
was in place.
8.5.5.8
Mark Andrew Gomez purchased a computer at Wal-Mart in the
amount of $853.86. This computer was used in the office of Mark Andrew
Gomez.

Earlier, the value of these services was shown to be $2500. The amount shown for home caretakers here
includes a generous $500 increase as a projected cost of living adjustment.
